Prices for 1-2 persons per week
When you book with us for the first time, we charge a deposit of 250 €, but you do not have to pay any further deposit.
You then pay the rental sum + flat rates at the latest 4 weeks before departure.
The deposit will be refunded either in the event of timely cancellation (up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip) or directly after confirmed final acceptance.
In the event of non-payment of the rental sum + lump sums up to 4 weeks before departure, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and to pass on the date at short notice!
Flat rates for 1-2 persons:
Instruction / key handover / final inspection / final cleaning 90 €
Laundry service 30 €*
per additional person 15 €*
* not applicable if you use your own bed linen + towels
Prices include VAT, electricity + water
Smoking is not permitted in the flat!
One pet is allowed!
