Prices for 1-2 persons per week
We can make exceptions by arrangement, but a minimum of 4 nights must always be booked (in every season).

When you book with us for the first time, we charge a deposit of 250 €, but you do not have to pay any further deposit.
You then pay the rental sum + flat rates at the latest 4 weeks before departure.
The deposit will be refunded either in the event of timely cancellation (up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip) or directly after confirmed final acceptance.
In the event of non-payment of the rental sum + lump sums up to 4 weeks before departure, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and to pass on the date at short notice!
Flat rates for 1-2 persons:
Instruction / key handover / final inspection / final cleaning 90 €
Laundry service 30 €*
per additional person 15 €*
* not applicable if you use your own bed linen + towels
Prices include VAT, electricity + water
Smoking is not permitted in the flat!
One pet is allowed!

Great view – nice condo. We loved it there.
Très bon séjour - vue magnifique
Très bon séjour, appartement fidèle à la description. Très bien équipée, il ne manque rien, l’accueil et la communication avec cindy a été très clair et très agréable. La vue de l’appartement est le vrai plus de cet appartement ainsi que la piscine à débordement qui a également une vue magnifique. Cependant il faut savoir qu’il y a de très nombreuses marches pour y accéder! Merci

Übersetzung: Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, Wohnung getreu der Beschreibung. Sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Empfang und die Kommunikation mit Cindy war sehr klar und sehr angenehm. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung ist der wahre Pluspunkt dieser Wohnung sowie der Infinity-Pool, der ebenfalls eine wunderschöne Aussicht hat. Man muss jedoch wissen, dass es sehr viele Stufen gibt, um dorthin zu gelangen! Danke
